Return and Refund Policy

At Onlicaart.com, we aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please follow the steps below to initiate a return and refund.

Return Process

If you encounter any issues with your product, such as damage, defects, or incorrect items, please raise a return request through the Onlicaart.com website. The request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

For select categories, we may also accept returns due to a change of mind. Please refer to the section below on Return Policy by Category for more information.

Valid Reasons for Returning an Item:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: The delivered product is physically damaged or defective (e.g., non-functional).
  • Incomplete Product: The product received is missing items or components.
  • Incorrect Product: You received the wrong product, size, color, or an expired product.
  • Product Does Not Match Description: The product does not match its description or image as advertised on the website.

Refund Process

The refund process depends on the nature of the return and the payment method used for the purchase. The processing time begins once Onlicaart.com has processed your return according to your refund type.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will cover the price of the returned item(s) and the applicable shipping fees.

Refund Types

Onlicaart.com offers the following types of refunds based on the situation:

  1. Refund from Returns:
    Refunds are processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check (QC). For details on how to return an item, please review our Return Policy.

  2. Refund from Canceled Orders:
    Refunds are automatically initiated once your order cancellation is successfully processed.

  3. Refund from Failed Deliveries:
    If a delivery fails, the refund process will begin when the item reaches our warehouse. Please note that this may take additional time depending on your location.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Daraz packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.

NOTE:

It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

    While handing over your package to Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent, please collect the Daraz Return Acknowledgment paper and reserve it for future reference.
